The wines that started it all.

A red, a white, and a rosado, the way we want them to be. Bright, bold, fun, and endlessly drinkable.

Grapes - Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Moristel, Parraleta, Garnacha, Tempranillo.

Style - Soft, supple, rich, round. Think black forest gateaux with bramble fruit and unctuous tannins.

 Tinto. 

Pairing - This is the most adaptable red wine we make. If you can think of something you’d have red wine with, this wine will work.

Moment - This is the ultimate sofa wine. The ‘i’m ready for my comfort blanket’ wine.

Insight -When we first talked about making our own wines, this was the wine we were talking about. Everything we’ve done has come off the back of this wine which is why it will always be the wine we’re proudest of.

Blanco.

Grapes - Chardonnay, macabeo, gewurztraminer.

Style - Aromatic, textured, but with plenty of zippy acidity. Tropical fruits with a citrus fruit finish.

Pairing - This is the ideal wine for lighter dishes and when you need to balance some spice.

Moment - This is the perfect starter wine. It’s absolutely superb at cutting through all the tea, coffee, and cakes, you’ve had and getting your palate ready for the night ahead.

Insight - This wine is the perfect example of us making wines to fit moments. I wanted our house wine to be the ideal wine for grabbing straight out of the fridge to kick off your evening. Vibrant to its core this wine is the perfect palate pick me up.

 Rosado.

Grapes - Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Garnacha, Tempranillo.

Pairing - We don’t always do specific wine pairings but when it’s the best pairing ever invented, we can make an exception. Get a cold bottle of this and open a bag of bacon frazzles. You can thank us later.

Style - Unashamedly bold. Lots of colour, lots of flavour, and lots of fun.

Moment - Garden vibes are hard to avoid when you’re pouring pink wine but just get this open when you want to have some fun!

Insight -We got this wine wrong so many times. We followed trends and it just didn’t work. When we realised we should just make the wines we want to make, we found our calling. A big, structured rosado, that’s super food-friendly and guaranteed to put a smile on your face.
