Grapes - An evolving blend of Chardonnay, gewürztraminer, alcañon, macabeo.
Style - Aromatic, full, bright, fresh.
Pairing - This is a superb ‘catch-all’ white. Aromatic enough for spice, full enough for fish, and enough acidity for a bag of crisps.
Moment - We call this our perfect ‘starter wine’ for a very good reason. It’s the idea wine for cutting through all the tea and coffee you’ve had and getting your palate ready for the night ahead, whatever you’re doing and whoever you’re doing it with.
Insight - Paso-Primero Blanco was our first ever silver medal winner! A cracking result putting it in the same bracket as wines that cost three times as much. We loved it then, we love it even more now that we’re able to incorporate our beloved indigenous varieties in the blend.
