Paso-Vermú is a classic sweet vermouth with a Paso-Primero twist. It’s crafted from a blend of Paso-Primero Tinto & Blanco which is sweetened, fortified and infused with Pyrenean herbs and spices. Great on its own, cut with tonic or boosted with a splash of gin. It has recently been awarded a bronze medal at the 2018 London Wine Competition.

This wine will always have a special place in our hearts. It’s the wine we set out to make when we first arrived in Spain so the first vintage really felt like we’d achieved a dream. It’s the wine we drink the most of, it never fails to put a smile on our faces and it works on so many occasions. On top of all that, the success of this wine has been beyond our wildest expectations. It continues to be our best selling wine, with every vintage winning awards and international acclaim. Obviously this increases the pressure to maintain our ‘house style’ but that style is the very core of what we are as winemakers so it’s not too difficult to put the extra effort in.
