It feels like every wine we make has something significant I can say about it. That’s partly because of how much passion we have for what we do, but it’s also because we’re so small every wine matters. Every wine has their reason to be considered the most important player in our portfolio. Each one represents a new step in our evolution, a new stage in our development, and a new benchmark for our progress. Well, Pasotismo Tinto is all of that and so much more. It’s the wine that launched a thousand ships. Or at least the wine that sparked a thousand ideas for how we can work together to be the best winemakers possible. It’s a joy to make, a thrill to see what we can do to make it better each vintager, and the perfect wine to be opening at this time of year.
