Paso-Primero Rosado
After years of trying (and failing) to make a rosé that fitted our pre-conceived ideas for market demand we went back to what we know best and made a wine that we wanted to drink. No compromises, no trend-mapping just making something that tasted great. A dark, full bodied rosado was the result and in 2020 it was our most surprising success. It was the first wine in our portfolio to outsell Paso-Primero Tinto over the course of a whole month and was featured in four national publications. The full flavour behaviour found it’s supporters and never looked back. Proof that if we make the right wines for us and the right wines for Somontano we’ll be on the right track.

Grape Blend – Merlot, Syrah.
