The Pasotismo collection is the result of an extraordinary, life-affirming collaboration between two winemakers; Nico & Tom.

Somehow, despite taking completely different routes around the world of wine, they ended up in the same place. Physically and emotionally.

When they worked together on their first harvest they were separate entities orbiting the same winery. Connected, but apart.

Slowly but surely, while breaking bread over long lunches and having heated debates over cold beers, they realised they didn’t just happen to share the same space, they also shared the same values.

They both fiercely believed in wines that broke free from global homogenisation and embraced the intricacies and nuances of site-specific winemaking.

Every harvest they’ve done since has brought them closer together, cementing that shared belief and bolstering their ambitions to make wines that tell their story. Wines that have a hit list of reasons to be noticed, but don’t have to use their credentials as a crutch. Wines that have purpose and personality and were built for drinking by the people who drink them. ​

Thankfully they did more than just talk about it.

They created it.

And they called it Pasotismo.​
